Orders: all orders will be processed within one to two business days and shipped within three business days.

Shipping: Please allow an additional one to five business days for transit if shipped within the continental United States. All orders will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground. Shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, so please provide a full address upon ordering.

In-Store pickup: Orders may be picked up at our 710 Church Street location in Evanston, if you prefer, rather than shipping. We will e-mail you when your order is ready for pickup.

International Shipping: None available at the present time.

Return Policy: All regular priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund if  postmarked or shipped within 30 days from date of order. All returns must be refunded on the same credit card on which they were purchased. All sale merchandise is a final sale.

Exchanges: Unworn footwear in saleable condition may be exchanged within the 30 day time period depending on availabity of course. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges only. Williamsshoesonline will pay for shipping the new size or style to you.

Accessories: There are no refunds on accessories. Accessories may be returned for exchange or store credit only.

Sales Tax: There is a 10 % Sales Tax on all purchases purchased and shipped to destinations within Illinois. There is no Sales Tax on purchases shipped out of Illinois.

Privacy Policy: Your personal information is strictly for the purpose of processing your orders with Williamsshoesonline. It will not be shared or sold to anyone else.
